Powder Coating Services
Reliable powder coating services for aluminium and metal parts from our Iver site.
Powder coating that works in the real world
You need a powder coating service that does what it says it will. Clean prep, consistent finishes, and parts back when promised.
We provide powder coating services for aluminium and metal parts from our site in Iver, Buckinghamshire. Whether you need one off pieces, small batches or regular production runs, we focus on getting the prep right and the finish consistent, so your coated parts last in the real world.
Powder coat services built around your parts
Not every job is the same. A light aluminium extrusion needs different handling to a heavy steel gate.
Our powder coating services cover:
Aluminium extrusions, frames and components
Mild steel and galvanised steel fabrications
Brackets, fixtures and general metalwork
One off jobs, repeat batches and project work
We talk through what you are coating, where it will be used and how it needs to perform. Then we match the powder, finish and process to suit.

Powder coaters you can count on.
Prep, Process and Quality Control
Good powder coatings start long before the powder hits the part. If you skip prep, you get peeling, rust and call backs.
Every job goes through a clear process:
Cleaning and degreasing to remove oils and dirt
Surface preparation to tackle rust, scale or oxidation
Pre treatment so the powder bonds properly
Controlled curing, checked against the right times and temperatures
Parts are inspected before and after coating so you do not get surprises when they come back. The aim is simple. A finish that looks right on day one and holds up over time.

Capacity for small parts and long profiles
From compact brackets to long profiles, we have the space and kit to handle a wide mix of work.
Oven capacity up to around 7 m in length

Frequently asked questions
How do you price powder coating services?
Pricing depends on the size of the parts, the quantity, the type of metal and the finish you choose. Once we know what you need coated, we will give a clear price and realistic lead time before you commit.
What types of parts do you powder coat?
We coat a wide range of aluminium and metal parts including extrusions, frames, brackets, gates, railings and general fabrications. If you are not sure whether your part is suitable, send a photo or bring a sample and we can advise.
How big a part can you powder coat?
Our oven can handle parts up to around 7 m in length, with suitable height and depth for typical profiles and fabrications. If you have something unusual in size or shape, get in touch with the dimensions and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you powder coat galvanised steel?
Yes. Galvanised steel can be powder coated very successfully when it is prepared properly. We key the surface, clean it thoroughly and control the curing process to reduce issues like pinholes or poor adhesion.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead times depend on the size of the job, the finish you choose and how busy the line is. Simple work in stock colours can often be turned around fairly quickly. Larger or more complex jobs, or special powders, will take longer. Once we know what you need, we will give a realistic timeframe before you book in.
What colours and finishes are available?
We can work with a wide range of powders, including common RAL colours in matt, satin and gloss. There are also textured and special effect finishes available. Let us know the look you are aiming for and we can suggest suitable options and lead times.
